High in the hills of Bendigo, join Cameron Douglas at The Canyon for a long lunch celebrating the outstanding produce Central Otago has to offer. Enjoy a four-course menu created by the talented team at Morsel as you look out over the rolling hills and remarkable landscape of Central Otago.
Each course will be paired with local wines carefully selected by Cameron, and all wine selections will be sourced from local vineyards, including Akarua, Chard Farm and Cloudy Bay. As the first person in the Southern Hemisphere to earn the Master Sommelier credential, Cameron is the perfect host for this event, sharing his intimate knowledge of the region and the wines.
