"We started MiNDFOOD ten years ago around our dining table at home. As the food section came to life it was important we told the story of where our food comes from, the narrative about the producers and farmers and that the ingredients used in recipes are from the season. Food is our largest section and our conversation never stopped as we moved to the kitchen to cook, back to the dining table to eat, and then to share our thoughts about the food we’d created.
Michelle, our Food Director, has worked with a range of recipe developers, stylists, photographers and prop hunters over the years, bringing to life recipes that have become family favourites.
