Amongst the hills of Bannockburn, join Michael McHugh and Cameron Douglas at Carrick for a long lunch celebrating the outstanding produce Central Otago has to offer. Enjoy a bespoke menu created by Carrick Head Chef and E.T.C 2021 Chef of the Year, Gwen Harvie as you look out over the serene rolling hills and remarkable landscape of Central Otago.
Each course will be paired with local wines carefully selected by Cameron, and all wine selections will be sourced from local vineyards, including Akarua.
